| Open Doors, Open Hearts – Ministry Update from Poland | | A ministry update from Solid Rock Mission Poland | | | | Looking back at April and the weeks that followed, we are grateful to share what God has been doing among us in this season of ministry in Poland. | | | | The Acts Team – A Bittersweet Goodbye | | | | The Acts team — five girls from the USA and Germany — completed their time with us, and saying goodbye was truly bittersweet. They became part of the Solid Rock family, and we are deeply grateful for their hearts to serve here in Poland. From evangelism to helping in the kitchen and faithfully serving in the refugee center among teens and children, they poured out love, joy, and dedication in every area. We praise God for their lives and the impact they made among us. There are many stories and testimonies from their time here that we are excited to share with you in the coming updates. | | | | Ministry at the Refugee Center (Janow) | | | | We continue our ministry at the refugee center in Janow, where we recently held an outdoor service and picnic. People there remain open to the Gospel and deeply desire community. We are grateful for every opportunity to share the love of Jesus with them. | | | | In recent months, many families who had lived there since the war began have moved out, while new residents — especially elderly people — have arrived. The community is constantly changing. During one of our gatherings, when an altar call was made, many responded and opened their hearts to God. | | | | We also had the privilege of serving two sisters in Christ who live in that refugee center. Since there is no church nearby where they can receive communion, we visited them, shared the Lord’s Supper, prayed, and spent time in fellowship. We are grateful for the opportunity to care for them in such a personal way. | | | | Easter Service – Remembering Jesus | | | | We also gathered for an Easter service, where we remembered the resurrection of Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for us. It was a powerful time of worship and gratitude for what He has done on the cross. We are deeply thankful to God that He has entrusted us with the privilege of planting a church here, and we rejoice that He continues to add people to it according to His grace. Please continue to pray for the new place for our church — a space where we will have no limitations and where we can continue to grow. | | | | Meet Julia: Reaching the Next Generation with the Gospel | | | | This is Julia, Director of Short-Term Missions in Poland. In early 2022, she sensed God calling her to step out in faith and leave her full-time job of eight years. This decision marked the beginning of a powerful journey of trusting God’s guidance and provision in every step. Over the past several years, Julia has had the privilege of serving alongside incredible people and ministries—building relationships, assisting refugees, sharing the Gospel, providing aid to those in need, and equipping teens and youth through teaching and discipleship. | | | | Today, Julia is living in Poland and serves with Solid Rock Mission, bringing the Gospel to children and teens through camps, clubs, and missionary schools. Each year, thousands of young people encounter Christ through this ministry—discovering their identity in Him, finding freedom from fear and brokenness, and overcoming struggles such as suicidal thoughts, toxic relationships, addictions, and more. Please keep Julia in your prayers and consider partnering with her financially. Your support enables her to continue serving, reaching the next generation, and making an eternal impact for God’s Kingdom. | | | | | | | | We are deeply grateful to God for the privilege of being part of His incredible work and witnessing how generations come to Him.
We also thank each of you who supports this ministry — your prayers and involvement are bearing lasting fruit!
Please continue to pray for our teams serving in Poland and Ukraine. Together, we are doing great work for God! | | | | | | | | “one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” Ephesians 4:6 | | | |
