Humanitarian Aid in Ukraine
As the war continues, we are working to support and show the love of Christ to those who are serving tirelessly on the front lines of Ukraine. Our goal is to not only fulfill their physical needs, but also bring the Gospel, offering hope during these dark times for the nation of Ukraine.
Many people have lost their homes and had to move to different places. There are many refugees in other countries, but even more changed their place of living because of war. That's why there is currently a big need for many people in almost every town and village of Ukraine.
One of the biggest needs is food. There is a lot of food available in the stores, but people cannot afford it because it has become too expensive.
Because of those who support us and partner with us, we are able to help people by giving them food packages. The most important thing that we do is bring a message of hope which is Jesus Christ. We pray with those who want to receive Jesus as well as offer prayer for healing.
We create a safe place of community for those who need support and encouragement during this hard time.
We are happy to say that we are not the only ones supporting the Ukrainian nation. There are so many churches who preach the Gospel and help those in need. We are so thankful that because of our partners we are able to support the hands of those who have less financial support.
Many young evangelists who went through "Firecamp" hosted by CfaN team this last August, in Kyiv, are now doing what they've received training for - preaching the Gospel, inviting people to receive salvation, and bringing hope! We are so proud to see our missionaries stepping fully into what God has called them to do!
It's so beautiful to see people doing whatever they can and finding different, even creative ways to serve! There is a team of amazing people who make every week "vareniki" and pies.
We prepare it for those who are on the frontlines and those saving lives at the hospitals in Kharkiv, wanting to thank them for their effort and support they give to the community.
We want to say a heartfelt thank you for everyone who helps make this happen! You help us feed the hungry and love those who are lost! We are praying for you and your family. We pray that you would always have food on your table, joy and peace in your home, and that you would have more than enough to bless others!
"For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me."
